Ltd., a real estate development and advisory company working across Rishikesh and Uttarakhand’s Himalayan regions. His journey began in 2017 through direct work with buyers, sellers, landowners and property opportunities. This experience shaped his belief that responsible real estate requires more than a transaction - it requires clarity, local understanding, practical evaluation and long-term accountability. Today, his work focuses on land aggregation, development opportunities, landowner partnerships, residential and hospitality real estate, project positioning and strategic sales.
